In an era of advanced technology and consumerism, it is necessary to keep ourselves well grounded. Compassion and empathy for fellow beings comes through involvement with their realities. We take our children to visit orphanages to familiarize them with this reality.
Regular yoga and meditation steadily conditions the young mind and the subconscious to achieve harmony with one’s self and with the environment. A special Yoga and Meditation Zone on the campus becomes the place for this quest.
