AMS English Medium School stands tall as one of the leading educational institutions in Chakan, owing its success to the vision and dedication of its founders, Hon. Mr. Anand M. Shivane and Hon. Secretary Mrs. Sunita A. Shivane. Established in 2011 under the auspices of the Anand Foundation, the school commenced its journey with modest beginnings, comprising only a handful of classrooms. However, fueled by the founders’ unwavering commitment to education and their profound affection for their students, the school quickly flourished. As the years progressed, the student body burgeoned, necessitating the expansion of the school to accommodate the growing demand for quality education. Thus, from its humble origins, AMS English Medium School evolved into a sprawling institution, spanning across both its original and new campuses.
Commencing with a modest enrollment of 65 students, AMS English Medium School has witnessed a remarkable growth trajectory over the years. With each passing academic session, additional classes were introduced, accompanied by a surge in student numbers, culminating in the current student population exceeding 800. This exponential growth is a testament to the school’s unwavering commitment to providing excellence in education and nurturing the intellectual, social, and emotional development of its students. As AMS English Medium School continues to thrive, it remains steadfast in its mission to cultivate a generation of empowered individuals equipped with knowledge, skills, and values to navigate the complexities of the modern world.
